Tasks

• Generating business value from data by promoting the adoption, customization, governance, and effective communication of global data products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to ensure that analytics and reports are trustworthy, governed, easy to understand and use, and focused on driving real impact and decision-making.
• Work in a collaborative, business-, customer-, and data-driven environment where curiosity, personal responsibility, and continuous improvement are key.
• Development and maintenance of functional and technical documentation.
• Generating insights, visualizing data, and providing information to help executives engage users.
• Leading international projects with a team-oriented mindset and an openness to learning and professional growth.
• Work in the field of reporting and big data, with a focus on local controls.
• Collecting and analyzing key data, as well as creating data reports and dashboards.
• Leading high-impact BI projects.
• Maintenance of the global knowledge base on banking data and in-house data editing based on systems and BI.
• Interpreting, coordinating, and leading high-impact BI projects.
• Overseeing and leading high-impact BI projects.

Requirements

• A responsible and analytical individual with a passion for data and technology.
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Python.
• Experience with SQL.
• Ability to visualize data and generate insights.
• Ability to support managers in retaining users.
• Team spirit and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• A global and independent perspective.
• Working with Key Users and Experts (Analytics).
• Management of international projects.
