Data Analyst - Retail Sales @ ING Bank
As a Data Analyst at ING in Bucharest, you will develop and maintain reporting tools using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making in retail. In doing so, you will provide valuable insights into sales performance, budget planning, and forecasting in a hybrid work environment.
About the Team
- You will join a team dedicated to enabling data-driven decision-making across ING’s Retail organization.
- We work closely with Sales, Retail Tribes, and technical teams, focusing on collaboration, learning, and shared ownership.
- Our focus is on building scalable, intuitive, and insightful reporting ecosystems that simplify reporting, enhance transparency, and empower sales channels to deliver meaningful value to customers.
Your Day-to-Day Life
- Implement and maintain comprehensive reporting tools (Microsoft Excel and Power BI) to provide actionable insights for sales performance management in the Private Individuals segment.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technology updates (including AI-driven data analytics tools), and recommend improvements to reporting systems and data management practices.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing accurate and timely data insights.
- Act as an end user for the business OPD, ensuring that performance management tools align with strategic goals.
