Job description

The Risk and Continuous Monitoring Department (DRCP) is responsible for ensuring the assumption, management, and monitoring of risks associated with the company’s operations. The Governance, Regulatory & Compliance division reports to the DRCP.

Tasks

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Implementation/Redesign of the H2O Risk Management Tools
• Integration, Exploitation, and Administration of Risk Data H2O
• Ensuring the management and evolution of the data marts and supporting the risk management team
• Identification and Implementation of Quality Assurance and Reporting Measures
• Ensuring Data Quality
• Preparation of Data Documentation
• Contributing to the transformation of risk data by automating reporting and overhauling processes
• Maintaining Data Governance
• Ensuring compliance with best practices and processes in risk management
• Participation in the implementation of risk management processes

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• college degree
• At least 25 years old
• Knowledge of capital markets (credit, operations, regulation, etc.)
• Proficiency in data tools (SQL, VBA, Power BI, Python, or equivalent) and data management principles (data lineage, data quality, etc.)
• Knowledge of trading venues and/or experience in risk management
• Development and management of IT projects and/or experience in project management
• Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams, and the ability to make decisions
• Development of critical thinking and the ability to make good decisions
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
