Tasks

• We work closely with event and campaign project owners—both internal and external—to ensure that all the projects we work on are of high quality and that we are always kept up to date with project information in a timely manner.
• Interface Management Between the Data Analyst and Contract Departments
• Maintain compliance tables in repositories and ensure that ETL processes and stored procedures are also aligned with DAX.
• Understand both the source and target data warehouses, understand the overall data flow for the dashboard, identify and resolve any missing data issues, and report on KPIs.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and the source, middle, and warehouse teams to oversee the data warehouse implementation across the organization (UI/UX).
• Understand how our key business functions work, including finance, marketing, and operations.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders, focusing on setting expectations and maintaining good relations among them.
• Reporting and support for data requests (both product-related and internal) and the rest of the organization.
• Experience with creating reports is also required.
• Enforce best practices for all data-related work, including how to clean and standardize data and documentation.
• Thought leadership, including the creation and integration of new technologies and platforms.
• Review current projects and propose new workflows and initiatives.
• Provide architectural design guidance to engineers or designers addressing a specific problem.
• Understand and communicate best practices for various distributed and object-oriented platform systems.
• Collaborate on the development of these systems while working with backend partners.
• Serve as a spokesperson to provide training in development (e.g., data engineering) for data platforms and solutions.
• Partner to develop or improve various areas of the team's expertise. Keep track of infrastructure and development projects to ensure they remain as up-to-date as possible.
• Define and develop the strategy data platform and related objectives to support the business.
• Estimate development resources for different teams, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Describe your role within the organization (e.g., team, department, and function) and the relationships between teams and the organization's overall mission.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL Proficiency (including billing, ETL, and DAX)
• Expertise in developing data tools for marketing, engineering, creative, and operations.
• Expert-level understanding of dashboard implementation, dashboard presentation concepts, data analytics and visualization, and coding (rolling and relational) data.
