Data Associate Engineer - Enterprise Engineering
Man Group is seeking a Data Associate Engineer for its Enterprise Engineering team in London who has experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling and is willing to contribute to the development of data platforms and tools. The successful candidate will be part of a team working on expanding and supporting existing systems as well as on new projects.
Tasks
The role involves a mix of expanding and supporting existing systems, as well as participating in greenfield projects in line with our long-term vision. The role covers multiple business functions, including Operations, Risk, Investment, and others.Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience as an SQL Server/ETL developer, comfortable working in a technical environment with various technologies and integration methods
- Experience with SQL
- Strong SQL skills: coding stored procedures, functions, and scripts using SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience with MS SQL, ETL, development, and MS SQL Server (T-SQL or PL/SQL)
- Practical knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C#
- Knowledge of data modeling
- Experience with datasets – willingness and ability to work effectively with AI-powered development tools

- Ability to understand complex business requirements and communicate with stakeholders
- Ability to articulate knowledge and information and share ideas
- Enthusiasm for automation and the ability to find creative solutions to accomplish planned tasks
