Data Associate Engineer - Enterprise Engineering
Man Group is seeking a Data Associate Engineer for its Enterprise Engineering team in London to help develop and implement a new data platform and related data products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, particularly in SQL and .NET, as well as experience with data modeling and processing.
Tasks
The position of Data Associate Engineer - Enterprise Engineering involves the following responsibilities:- Assistance with the design and implementation of a new data platform and related data products
- Expansion and support of existing systems, as well as participation in greenfield projects
- Addressing data challenges and developing new services
Requirements
The following requirements are necessary:- 0–2 years of experience as an SQL Server/ETL developer
- Strong technical skills and a passion for using AI development tools
- Practical knowledge of programming languages such as C# and .NET
- Knowledge of data modeling and experience working with data
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and communicate with stakeholders
Technical skills
The following technical skills are required:- Strong SQL skills, including the development of stored procedures, functions, and scripts
- Experience with MS SQL, ETL, development, and MS SQL Server (TDE or MDS)
- Knowledge of big data processing and code review processes/continuous integration
