The Data & Business Analyst supports the Change Team in carrying out day-to-day operations, implementing operational changes, preparing reports, and driving process improvements at the Guernsey branch. The role focuses primarily on coordinating and carrying out the Change Team’s daily activities.Your challenge
Construction, Reporting, and Stakeholder Support:- Support the Change Team in carrying out BAU activities, operational changes, tactical improvements, and strategic projects.
- Monitor, manage, prioritize, and track incoming requests to the change team.
- Create, manage, optimize, and schedule regular and ad hoc reports for business units, management committees, and other stakeholders.
- Support data extraction, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Work with business units, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, operational issues, and areas where data analysis, technology, or intervention by the Operational Change Team can support better decisions, improved controls, or more efficient business outcomes.
Change Delivery, Process Improvement, and Governance Support
- Support requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Support process mapping and the analysis of the current state.
- Help identify and evaluate opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve manual, paper-based, or inefficient processes.
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation of reports, dashboards, automations, workflow improvements, and other tactical solutions.

- A strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and delivering work as agreed.
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, mathematics, data analysis, technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in data analysis, reporting, business analysis, process improvement, automation, or operational change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to work accurately with structured data.
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau; Power Automate; SharePoint; Power Apps or Flowable; VBA; or similar technologies.
- The ability to document requirements, processes, procedures, tests, problems, decisions, and actions clearly and consistently.
