Data / ETL Engineer – People Analytics

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Data/ETL Engineer for the People Analytics team to support the expansion of the HR data platform and to develop and integrate data pipelines. The position will be filled on a freelance basis for 8 months through an external payroll partner, and the candidate should have experience in data engineering and ETL processes.

Tasks

Design, development, testing, and maintenance of ETL/data pipelines to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
Integration of data from the CFO function (SAP BW/S/4HANA) into the HR data warehouse; collaboration with finance stakeholders to transform data into sets ready for people analytics

Integration and Connector Tasks

Development and improvement of data integrations and connectors (Python) across the entire technology stack (Workday, Dataiku, Tableau)
Standardization of integration patterns and reduction of technical debt

Drive and Collaboration

Proactive management of projects in coordination with colleagues from HR and Finance
