The Julius Baer Group is looking for a Data/ETL Engineer for the People Analytics team to support the expansion of the HR data platform and to develop and integrate ETL processes. The position is a fixed-term contract for 8 months and offers a work schedule of 80–100%.

Tasks

Design, development, testing, and maintenance of ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data quality, integrity, and maintainability
Integration of data from the CFO function (SAP BW / S/4HANA) into the HR data warehouse; collaboration with finance stakeholders to translate data into People Analytics-ready datasets
Development and improvement of data integrations and connectors (Python) across the entire technology stack (Workday, Dataiku, Tableau)
Standardization of integration patterns and reduction of technical debt
Proactive management of projects in coordination with colleagues from HR and Finance
