• You develop training formats and build a community of practice - with data stewards, specialist departments and IT
• You are a sparring partner for sales and product teams, understand their language and help to anchor data-based decisions
• You are a change agent with empathy, persuasiveness and a clear goal - a data-driven corporate culture

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in data governance, data management or related fields
• Strong communication and moderation skills - you can inspire and engage people
• Technical understanding and the ability to communicate with technical experts at eye level
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoy communicating complex topics in an understandable way

• The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 3,475.01 gross p.m.
