Data Implementation Specialist - Associate Aladdin Data - Solutions/Delivery drives the evolution of Aladdin’s investment data analytics and production capabilities. We implement data and analytics solutions that deliver scalable, high-quality outputs to support investment decisions, risk management, compliance, and reporting.

Our team

The Data Implementation Team is leading a multi-year transformation program to build the next generation of data infrastructure and client experience. The successful candidate will play an active role in this transformation as a subject matter expert and agile squad member.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the onboarding of new clients onto the Aladdin platform, with a focus on reference data and analytics configuration. * Serve as the key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions and ensure the successful adoption of Aladdin’s data and analytics platform. * Manage data workstreams, including scope definition, requirements gathering, and milestone tracking. * Source and reconcile data from external parties such as asset managers, custodians, and clients; lead through interface design, testing, and production onboarding. * Utilize tools such as Excel and Python to perform large-scale data reconciliation as part of data platform migrations and onboarding. * Monitoring and validating production data inputs and outputs from internal and external sources; using AI-driven anomaly detection and quality checks to proactively identify and resolve data issues. * Investigating and resolving complex data issues; performing ad-hoc analyses on large datasets under tight deadlines. * Educating clients on Aladdin data conventions and workflows; providing training and documentation, and using AI tools to accelerate content generation and knowledge sharing. * Collaborating with business analysts and developers to improve data quality, reduce risk, and scale production. * Contributing to innovation efforts by prototyping new solutions and refining best practices, including exploring how AI and agentic workflows can accelerate and automate delivery.

Qualifications and Condition
