Data Implementation Specialist - Associate Aladdin Data - Solutions drives the evolution of Aladdin’s enterprise data assets and production capabilities. We implement data management and analytics solutions to deliver high-quality results that support decision-making in investment, risk management, compliance, and reporting. Our Data Implementation team oversees the onboarding of investment data assets across our technology stack, leveraging best practices, technologies, and private market data platforms. We work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure data workflows, and ensure the successful adoption of Aladdin’s data and analytics platform. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that interacts with investment technology, data, and client delivery. You’ll gain insight into the entire investment lifecycle and help shape the future of how data drives the investment process. The Data Implementation business unit is undergoing a multi-year transformation program to improve scalability, user experience, and customer experience. As the successful candidate, you’ll play an active role in this transformation effort as a subject matter expert and an agile squad member.

Relevant tasks

* Supports the onboarding of new customers onto the Aladdin platform, with a focus on reference data and analytics configuration. * Serves as a key point of contact between clients, internal stakeholders, and client business teams by translating business requirements into data solutions and ensuring the successful adoption of Aladdin’s data and analytics platform. * Manages data workflows, including defining scope, gathering requirements, and tracking data sources. * Acquires and reconciles data from external parties such as asset managers, custodian banks, and clients; guides them through the intake design, testing, and production readiness phases. * Uses tools such as Excel and Python to perform large-scale data analysis and data reconciliation; applies AI-powered scripts or tools to enhance these efforts. * Monitors and validates production data inputs and outputs across internal and external sources, utilizing best practices and general analytical anomaly detection and quality controls to proactively identify and resolve data issues. * Investigates and resolves complex data issues; performs ad hoc analyses on large data sets under tight deadlines. * Educate clients on Aladdin data conventions and workflows; provide training and documentation on how Aladdin tools accelerate content creation and knowledge sharing. * Collaborate with business analysts and developers to improve data quality, reduce risk, and scale processes. * Contribute to innovation efforts by prototyping new solutions and refining best practices, including exploring how AI and machine learning workflows can automate and enhance delivery.
