Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) Specialist (Full-Time)

Tasks

As a Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) Specialist, you will work closely with DLP teams and stakeholders across various locations to maintain a consistent and effective global DLP framework that protects both our customers and the organization. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• DLP Incident Triage and Communication: Analyzing, classifying, and communicating DLP alerts to identify potential data breaches.
• Operational Excellence and Process Improvements: Continuous improvement of DLP processes, playbooks, and workflows.
• Data Analysis, Insights, and Reporting: Analyzing DLP event data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Application of Policies and Controls: Ensuring the consistent application of DLP rules, policies, and control frameworks.
• Global collaboration and knowledge sharing: Close collaboration with DLP functions and teams at international locations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, particularly when explaining incidents to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in information security, risk management, compliance, data protection, or auditing, ideally in the financial industry.
• A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Experience working in international environments, collaborating with globally distributed teams, and adapting to different business requirements and regulatory landscapes.
• Relevant academic background in information security, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of German, French, and/or Italian is a plus.
