Data & Performance Analyst

Tasks

• Extract, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, Finance, Marketing) to address the challenges facing the Private Banking division
• Provide support to business teams (front-end and back-end) by facilitating access to and understanding of data
• Conduct exploratory analyses (pipeline, conversion, profitability, performance), interpret the results, and make actionable recommendations
• Define, design, and maintain analytical models that enable integrated management of commercial and financial performance
• Design and implement dashboards and decision-support tools (particularly using Tableau) for monitoring KPIs and managing operations
• Automate recurring reports and generate executive summaries for senior management
• Contribute to sales forecasts and the identification of performance and growth drivers
• Gradually contribute to business controlling activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in information technology, information systems, data analytics, data science, mathematics, or an equivalent STEM field, or in Economics and Finance
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data structuring, or reporting
• Expertise in advanced SQL (complex queries, modeling, dataset structuring)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau strongly preferred)
• Basic programming skills (R Studio; Python is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and intellectual rigor
• Ability to translate data into business insights and interact with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Interest in the banking sector / private banking is a plus
