Data & Performance Analyst

Tasks

• Extracting, organizing, verifying, and analyzing data from various sources (CRM, finance, marketing) to address the challenges faced by the Private Banking department
• Supporting the specialist teams (Front and EM) by making data easier to access and understand
• Conducting exploratory analyses (pipeline, conversion, profitability, performance), interpreting the results, and formulating actionable recommendations
• Defining, designing, and maintaining analytical models for integrated performance management
• Design and implementation of dashboards and decision-support tools (particularly using Tableau) for monitoring KPIs and performance management
• Automate recurring reports and create executive summaries for senior management
• Contribute to commercial forecasts and the identification of performance and growth drivers
• Participate in the activities of Business Controlling

Requirements

• A university degree with a specialization in information technology, information systems, data analytics, data science, mathematics, or an equivalent field (STEM), or in business and finance
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data structuring, or reporting
• Expertise in SQL (complex queries, modeling, structuring of datasets)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau is strongly preferred)
• Strong programming skills (R, Studio; Python is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and intellectual rigor
• Ability to translate data into business insights and interact with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in banking / private banking is a plus
