Data Platform Engineer - Reference Data 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Data Platform Engineer - Reference Data (full-time position) with experience in data modeling, data management, and system administration for a contract until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data modeling and management, as well as experience with data integration platforms such as Informatica IDMC.
Tasks
The position as Data Platform Engineer - Reference Data includes the following tasks:- Proven track record in data modeling and data management within a corporate environment
- Practical experience with Informatica IDMC or comparable data integration platforms
- Solid experience in operating and supporting data platforms
- Ability to understand the needs of business users and translate them into functional requirements
- Practical experience in system administration and workflow automation
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- Proven track record in data modeling and data management within a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC or comparable data integration platforms
- Solid experience in operating and supporting data platforms
- Ability to understand the needs of business users and translate them into functional requirements
- Practical experience in system administration and workflow automation
- Relevant certifications in system administration are considered a strong asset.
- Highly self-motivated team player with strong initiative and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering results
