Data Platform Engineer

Your tasks

• Setup, operation, and further development of on-premises infrastructure platforms on Linux servers and OpenShift;
• Development, integration, and operation of data platform components based on Kafka and Elasticsearch;
• Automation of infrastructure, configurations, and deployments using Ansible, Puppet, Python, and Bash;
• Delivering packages on the second level.

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (university of applied sciences, university, or ETH);
• Technical skills: *nix, Linux/Unix, OpenShift, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Python, Bash, GitLab;
• Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and GitOps principles, particularly with ArgoCD, GitLab, and Ansible;
• Business fluent in German or French as well as English.
