Data Scientist / Analyst – People Data (Full-Time) (Open to all genders)

Tasks

• Design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end analytics workflows—from data extraction and transformation to visualization and insight generation • Development of interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to ensure user-friendliness and impact on business partners • Utilizing Dataku as the core platform for data preparation, automation, collaboration, and model lifecycle management to build scalable data pipelines and models integrated into enterprise environments • Working closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders (including Finance, Transformation, and Executive Offices) to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance throughout the entire analytics value chain • Applying statistical thinking and exploratory analysis techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and recommendations in HR data • Collaborating effectively within the team and across disciplines to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven proficiency with Tableau for creating clear and meaningful data visualizations and self-service products • Hands-on experience with Dataku or similar data science/workflow platforms (such as Alteryx, Databricks) • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and best practices in data cleansing and management
