Data Scientist / Analyst – People Data (Full-Time) (Open to all genders)

Tasks

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end analytics workflows—from data extraction and transformation to visualization and insight generation. - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to ensure user-friendliness and impact on business partners. - Use Datu as the core platform for data preparation, automation, collaboration, and model lifecycle management to create scalable data pipelines and models that are integrated into enterprise environments. - Work closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders (including Finance, Transformation, and Executive Offices) to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance are maintained throughout the entire analytics value chain. - Apply statistical thinking and exploratory analysis techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and recommendations in HR data. - Collaborate effectively within the team and across disciplines, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven proficiency with Tableau for creating clear and meaningful data visualizations and self-service products. - Hands-on experience with Datu or similar data science/workflow platforms (such as Alteryx, Databricks).
