Data Scientist / Analyst – People Data (Full-Time) (Open to all genders)

Tasks

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end analytics workflows—from data extraction and transformation to visualization and insight generation - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to ensure user-friendliness and impact on business partners - Use Dataiku as the core platform for data preparation, automation, collaboration, and model lifecycle management to build scalable data pipelines and models integrated into enterprise solutions - Work closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders (including Finance, Transformation, and Executive Offices) to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions - Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance are maintained throughout the entire analytics value chain - Apply statistical thinking and exploratory analysis techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and recommendations in HR data - Collaborate effectively within the team and across disciplines, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

- Proven proficiency with Tableau for creating clear and meaningful data visualizations - Excellent interpersonal skills—collaborative, reliable, and proactive in managing tasks and deadlines - A degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, psychology, or similar) - Fluency in English
