Data Scientist / Analyst – People Data (Full-Time) We are looking for a Data Scientist / Analyst to help us develop and deliver high-quality analytics solutions. In this role, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic HR and business objectives.

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of end-to-end analytics workflows—from data extraction and transformation to visualization and insight generation
• Creating interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to ensure user-friendliness and impact on business partners
• Using Dataiku as the core platform for data preparation, automation, collaboration, and model lifecycle management to create scalable data pipelines and models that are integrated throughout the organization

Your profile

• Proven expertise in using Tableau to create clear and memorable data visualizations and self-service products
• Practical experience with Dataiku or similar data science/workflow platforms (such as Alteryx, Databricks)
• A solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and best practices for data cleansing and validation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with complex datasets
• Excellent interpersonal skills – collaborative, reliable, and proactive in managing tasks and deadlines
• Degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, psychology, or a related field)
• Fluent English
