Job description

Data & Test Environment Specialist – Tax Reporting 100% (m/f/d) (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start date until December 31, 2026, with possible extension)

Tasks

• Developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL scripts for data processing and reporting
• Performing advanced data analysis using complex SQL queries to support testing and validation
• Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout all phases of reporting
• Supporting the bank's transformation from on-premises systems to SaaS-based tax policies
• Close cooperation with business partners to deliver customized technical solutions
• Providing expert advice and analysis on data-related topics within tax reporting projects
• Maintaining alignment with international tax regulations such as FATCA, CRS, and CARF

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
• Strong practical experience in Oracle PL/SQL and relational database management
• Solid understanding of software development, customization, and integration
• Experience in designing service architectures and integrated solution landscapes
• Proven experience in data management, including interfaces, migrations, and transformations
• Familiarity with international tax reporting standards: FATCA, CRS, and CARF would be an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for automatic exchange of information (AEOI)
• Understanding tax reporting processes and digital transformation in financial services
• Familiarity with Regnology products (e.g., FITAX / EASYTAX S) is advantageous.
