Data and AI Architect
Finstar AG is seeking a Data and AI Architect to design and further develop the company’s data and AI architecture in order to create a sustainable foundation for data and intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering and the architecture of AI solutions.
Tasks
- Designing and further developing our data and AI architecture in alignment with business priorities and our overall strategy
- Lead the implementation of infrastructure for company-wide AI initiatives, including capabilities in machine learning and LLM operations
- Close collaboration with platform and software teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability
- Leading the data science team in the development and successful implementation of a wide range of AI use cases
- Acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams
- Building a collaborative approach to reduce complexity and enable consistent data usage
What you bring with you
- Extensive experience in data engineering and the architecture of AI solutions
- Expertise in the design and development of complex AI solutions (ML operations, streaming, APIs, orchestration)
- Strong practical skills in Python, SQL, and other programming languages, as well as in modern data and AI tools
- In-depth knowledge of data governance and responsible AI; ideally, experience in a highly regulated environment (security, data protection, compliance)
