Database Migration Specialist - CRM Systems

Tasks

• Performing Advanced Data Analysis with Python and SQL
• Conducting data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses
• Creating Migration Reports
• Design, development, migration, and optimization of end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM systems
• Analysis of source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications
• Performing detailed data mapping, transformation, and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Development and maintenance of complex SQL, PL/SQL, and Python scripts to support end-to-end data transformation, validation, and loading
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving migration-related data issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration, with a proven track record of delivering complex data migration projects in enterprise environments
• Experience with CRM systems in the financial industry
• Practical experience working with large datasets and business-critical applications
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Python
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
• Ability to develop complex automation, validation, transformation, and migration scripts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Very good English (spoken and written)
