Database Migration Specialist - CRM Systems
Julius Baer is seeking a database migration specialist for CRM systems (Salesforce) in Zurich for a 12-month contract. The role involves developing and executing end-to-end data migrations with a focus on SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
Tasks
- Performing Advanced Data Analysis with Python and SQL
- Conducting data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses
- Creating Migration Reports
- Design, development, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Analysis of source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications
- Performing detailed data mapping, transformation, and loading activities to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Development and maintenance of complex SQL, PL/SQL, and Python scripts to support data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving migration-related data issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, data engineering, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration
- Proven experience in executing complex data migration projects within enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Extensive experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Python (including data processing libraries)
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems in the financial industry
- Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
- Ability to develop complex automation, validation, transformation, and migration scripts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
