Data Architect / Data Warehouse Specialist
Liberty Vorsorge is seeking an expert to oversee and optimize the warehouse and ODS architecture, serving as the liaison between technology, strategy, and business. The role involves ensuring secure data flows, performance tuning, and the development of reporting pipelines using MS SQL Server in a financial environment.
Tasks
- Responsibility for our Finnova DWH/ODS and the Liberty DWH
- Ensuring and continuously optimizing secure data flows
- Performance Optimization, Backup and Disaster Recovery Strategies, Query Development and Tuning
- Development and maintenance of modern reporting pipelines using MS SQL Server and related technologies, as well as participation in strategic future-oriented projects
- Coordination and collaboration with software providers and external development partners
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree (ETH/university/university of applied sciences) in science funding, finance, business administration, or a comparable qualification in data analytics or system administration, or experience in the financial services sector
- Knowledge of the Finnova banking system or experience in the financial services sector
- A solution-oriented, organized, and responsible individual
- Business-level German and very good written and spoken English skills
