What inspires you

• In interdisciplinary teams, you will actively shape future database architectures in the cloud
• As a member of an agile team, you are jointly responsible for the smooth operation of Oracle databases on Exadata
• In the future, you will also be responsible for engineering and further expanding the automation of this platform with Ansible
• You are also welcome to help set up and operate the Postgres environment

What you bring with you

• You are interested and ideally already have experience in setting up / operating databases in the Azure cloud
• You have experience in automation with tools such as Ansible, Terraform
• You have experience in operating Oracle databases, preferably on Exadata. Knowledge in the operation of Postgres and DDL server DBs
• You have a strong understanding of IT security concepts with a focus on databases and knowledge of best practices
• You have a good command of German and are willing to work evenings and weekends as well as on-call duty
