Your challenge

The role of Deferred Compensation Specialist involves overseeing the implementation and management of a new global Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) as well as the administration of deferred compensation. Responsibilities include:
  • Taking on a leading operational role in the implementation of the new global ESPP.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute the implementation plan.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the plan comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Conducting end-to-end tests and developing operating procedures and training materials.

Global ESPP Administration

The tasks in this area include:
  • Monitoring and reconciling monthly employee contributions.
  • Coordinating with the Share Plan Administrator and internal stakeholders to execute periodic stock purchases and transfers.
  • Managing participant data and handling inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring participation trends and preparing regular analyses.

Deferred Compensation Administration
