Deferred Compensation Specialist (Full-Time)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Deferred Compensation Specialist to oversee the implementation and administration of a new global Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) while also supporting the day-to-day management of deferred compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in deferred compensation and possess excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills.

Job description

The role of Deferred Compensation Specialist involves overseeing the implementation and management of a new global Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) as well as the administration of deferred compensation programs.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • The implementation and administration of the new global ESPP
  • The Administration of Deferred Compensation Programs
  • Monitoring and reconciling monthly employee contributions
  • Coordinating Stock Purchases and Transfers
  • Managing participant data and handling inquiries from employees and stakeholders

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:
  • Experience with deferred compensation programs
  • An understanding of financial, tax, legal, and compliance regulations
  • Knowledge of share plan administration systems and payroll administration
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
