Tasks

• Deputy to the Global Head of the Control Room
• Ensuring compliance with SIX Exchange / BX Exchange trading rules and reporting requirements for listed companies and significant market participants
• Monitoring, analyzing, and implementing regulatory changes
• Handling, Monitoring, and Reporting of Matters Related to Conflicts of Interest and Employee Conduct
• Trade surveillance, analysis of trading and sales activities, rules, regulations, and contractual agreements
• Maintenance of the watch list / restricted list. Fund and ETF approvals
• Collaboration at SIX & BX Audit
• Handling inquiries from FINMA, SIX, and BX, as well as any other authority or exchange
• Responsibility for the Global Policy Framework
• Administrative support in several areas (Operational Risk, ICS, etc.)
• Support for the Board, the Executive Committee, Trading and Sales, and other business areas in matters related to compliance

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent education with a focus on trading, compliance, and related areas
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a trading-related control function
• Very good proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), strong IT skills
• Very good analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, confidence, and the ability to work at all levels
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
