Interim Deputy Head of Data & Solution Enablement, 80%–100%

Tasks

• Interim (Deputy) Head of the Data & Solution Enablement function to ensure business continuity and effective team leadership
• Lead role as business owner and strategic representative for the bank's corporate data platform
• Further development of the platform strategy, the stakeholder engagement model, and the value proposition for business customers
• Implementation of strategic initiatives and transformation activities to achieve the agreed-upon goals
• Close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data adoption and implementation
• Contribute to the bank's AI agenda, including evaluating use cases for strategic and architectural fit, preparing for implementation, and supporting governance forums

Requirements

• Extensive experience in transformation environments
• Basic understanding of wealth management and private banking; prior experience at Julius Baer is a significant advantage
• In-depth expertise in modern data platforms, data management, and analytical skills within financial institutions
• Proven experience leading large-scale programs and coordinating cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments
• Strong project and program management skills, with a focus on implementation and achieving tangible results
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to develop executive narratives and management materials
• Strong leadership presence, an analytical mind, and the ability to identify and address emerging risks early on
• Previous experience in management consulting is a plus
