Deputy Team Head - Transfer Agency - Private Equity Fund of Funds

Tasks

• Review and dispatch of acceptance, capital call and distribution notices
• Conducting AML and tax due diligence for new investors and monitoring and reviewing ongoing AML compliance
• Updating investor contacts in CRM, maintaining fund registers and processing program transfers and conversions
• Maintaining records and updating procedure manuals for transfer agency and AML processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or law
• At least four years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector
• Proven knowledge of the applicable AML/CFT requirements
• Fluency in English (written and oral); knowledge of German is an advantage
• Previous experience in team leadership is a significant advantage
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges
• Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail and critical thinking
