Deputy Team Head - Transfer Agency - Private Equity Fund of FundsYour role
In your role, you will take on a diverse range of tasks that include the following responsibilities:- As Deputy Head of the Transfer Agency Department:
- Support in managing a team of four professionals;
- Monitor key deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all required deliverables;
- Assumption of management tasks in various departmental projects.
- Review and dispatch of acceptance, capital call and distribution notices;
- Conducting AML and tax due diligence for new investors and monitoring and reviewing ongoing AML compliance;
- Updating investor contacts in CRM, maintaining fund registers and processing program transfers and conversions;
- Maintaining records and updating procedure manuals for transfer agency and AML processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or law;
- At least four years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector;
- Proven knowledge of applicable AML/CFT requirements;
- Fluent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Previous team management experience is a significant advantage;
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently,
- Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges;
- Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail and critical thinking.
