The role

Main tasks
- Processing of all business transactions of the UBS Vested Benefits Foundation such as payouts, transfers and account openings
- Securities trading, bookings and their control
- Telephone clarifications and correspondence with client advisors, clients, other pension funds and public authorities
- Processing incoming mail and checking the documents received
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of French is an advantage
- A quick grasp of things and a high level of resilience
- An open-minded personality
- Careful, efficient and independent in your work
- A team player with strong implementation skills
