Tasks

• Organization and support for start-ups/buyouts
• Development of individual investment strategies and portfolio analyses with portfolio management
• Support for acquisitions within the scope of major clients and tenders
• Support in acquiring and activating new savings banks for intensive cooperation
• Marketing and execution of VIP events, private banking events, foundation and customer events, and hospital appointments

Requirements

• Successful completion of banking training, obtained through an excellent degree in economics with a focus on banking and stock exchange, and possible subsequent part-time continuing education.
• Several years of successful experience in portfolio management/asset management sales or private banking, wealth management at a bank
• Experience and proven success in M&A, acquisitions, and serving demanding clientele
• In-depth knowledge of all processes related to regulations on conformity, money laundering, compliance, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), including those applicable to companies, foundations, special funds, and the bank's own investments.
• Experience and sustained success in customer and sales work
• Strong customer and service orientation and a deep understanding of the asset management services offered by the S-Finance Group
• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of savings bank-related structures
• Confident manner of expression and excellent communication skills
• High load capacity and high degree of flexibility
• Strong skills in sales and as a speaker in front of savings bank employees and at customer events
