We are looking for an employee in the customer service/contact center who has experience in customer service and speaks several languages. The position offers flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to work from home.

Profile

  • Customer satisfaction is important to you and you have experience in customer service and/or contact centers
  • You are a talented linguist and conduct customer conversations in German and French (at least level C1), Italian and/or English are an advantage
  • A basic knowledge of English is essential for operating our systems
  • Your multitasking ability allows you to perform several tasks simultaneously in a technically demanding environment
  • Thanks to your convincing personality, you also succeed in selling additional services
  • You are flexible in scheduling (shift work with evening and weekend hours) and can cope well with irregular working hours
  • A quiet office with a stable Internet connection via LAN cable is a mandatory requirement - a laptop with docking station, screen and headset for the home office within Switzerland will be provided by swisscard.
