Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Desk Head Entrepreneurs & Executives who, as a team player, will take on the needs-oriented advising and support of entrepreneurs and executives and build and develop the client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have completed training in banking or business administration, have experience in private banking, and have extensive knowledge of the investment and securities business.

Job description

Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Desk Head Entrepreneurs & Executives. The position is 80-100% and starts immediately.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Needs-based, comprehensive consulting and support for entrepreneurs and executives
  • Selling suitable solutions from the bank's entire range of products
  • Establishment, active development, and further processing of the customer portfolio
  • Acquisition of new customers through systematic use of the existing customer network
  • Ensuring and maintaining all compliance, quality, and documentation standards

Requirements

The requirements are:
  • Completed training or further education in banking and/or business administration, or an MBA
  • Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, sales, and leading and coaching employees
  • Preferably several years of experience in private banking
  • Extensive knowledge of investment and securities business as well as finance, accounting, and controlling
  • In-depth knowledge of the Zug economic region and neighboring areas, and integration into an existing network
  • Excellent, strong communication and social skills with a high level of empathy, strong sales talent, and a high level of service orientation
  • Perfectionist, detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Very good language skills in German and English, excellent MS Office skills
