Location and type of employment

• Location: Zug
• Type of employment: 80–100% starting immediately

Your tasks

• Needs-based, comprehensive advice and support for entrepreneur and executive clients
• Sales-focused approach in margin-oriented portfolio
• Selling suitable solutions from the entire product portfolio (credit, investment, pensions, finance, tax and estate planning, financing, basic services) in close cooperation with specialists
• Building, actively developing, and transferring the customer portfolio, as well as targeted development of the customer base across segments
• Acquisition of new customers through systematic use of the existing customer network, active network expansion within and outside the bank, and recommendations from current and potential customers

Our requirements

• Completed banking and/or business administration education or further training (MBA, MAS)
• Enjoyment of customer contact, advising, sales, and managing and coaching employees
• Experience in private banking
• Extensive knowledge of investment and securities trading as well as finance, law, and taxation
• In-depth knowledge of the Zug economic region and neighboring areas, and integration into an existing network
• Excellent communication and language skills in German and English
