The role

Do you thrive when leading a team? Do you know how to serve customers and achieve goals? We’re looking for a new colleague to take on the following responsibilities:

• You will motivate and lead the local UHNWW team from the St. Gallen office. In doing so, you will ensure that all client advisors, assistants, and specialists offer solutions tailored to the needs, requirements, and goals of your clients and prospects, and that all clients receive comprehensive support aligned with their needs through our range of services, financing options, and wealth planning specialists.

What we wish for

You have:

• a university and/or university of applied sciences degree with additional training in banking or finance (MBA, CFA, CAIA, or equivalent level of education)
• Extensive experience in the banking sector, including regional experience in wealth management
• Extensive experience in client service, consulting, and negotiations in the private wealth segment
• Extensive, in-depth expertise in the areas of financial markets, products, investment banking, and asset management
• Passion for sales and acquiring new customers

She:

• have a natural talent for leadership and management
• feel comfortable in their role as leaders
• speak fluent German and English
