Tasks
- You handle legal disputes relating to accident insurance and draft decisions on submissions and legal documents
- You handle legal disputes relating to health insurance, negotiate, mediate and draft legal documents
- Sie analysieren und beurteilen rechtliche Fragen von Sachbearbeitern/innen und Sachbearbeitern, die UVG-Dossiers und Krankentaggeld-Dossiers bearbeiten, sowie von Unterversicherern und Brokern
- You actively participate in internal projects and training courses
Requirements
- Master's degree in law or equivalent title
- Ideally initial experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
- Your mother tongue is German and you have a good knowledge of French, ideally also Italian
- You are proficient in the usual IT tools (MS Office)
