German-speaking Junior Lawyer (m/f/d) 80-100%

Place of work and conditions

  • Place of work: Berne (Wankdorf)
  • 1 day presence in Lausanne desired
  • Remote possibility: 80-100%

Tasks

  • You handle legal disputes relating to accident insurance and draft decisions on submissions and legal documents
  • You handle legal disputes relating to health insurance, negotiate, mediate and draft legal documents
  • You analyze and assess legal questions from claims handlers and clerks who process UVG dossiers and sickness benefit dossiers, as well as from sub-insurers and brokers
  • You actively participate in internal projects and training courses

Requirements

  • Master's degree in law or equivalent title
  • Ideally initial experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
  • Your mother tongue is German and you have a good knowledge of French, ideally also Italian
  • You are proficient in the usual IT tools (MS Office)
