RPA Developer
The position of RPA Developer at BCV involves designing, developing, and optimizing RPA robots, as well as participating in various phases of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in RPA development, programming skills, and good communication skills.

Vos missions principales
- Design and develop robust and scalable RPA robots,
- maintain and optimize existing RPA robots,
- participate in scoping workshops and the drafting of technical specifications,
- contribute to the testing, production launch, and post-deployment monitoring phases,
- ensure that the RPA solution remains in operational condition,
- share the code review of other developments by the team,
- Participate in technology monitoring and contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA methods, tools, and best practices.
Votre profil
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent,
- At least 3 years of experience in RPA development on a major market solution (Automation Anywhere, UiPath),
- strong skills in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or .NET,
- Good understanding of front-end architecture of web pages and related languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- good command of French, good knowledge of English,
- you have a good understanding of business processes and IT systems, as well as standards and practices related to process automation,
- you have experience in project management and agile methodologies, as well as in different levels of the company,
- you work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the company,
- You solve problems creatively and make decisions based on available data.
