The DevOps Platform Engineer (m/f/d) at Julius Baer works closely with development teams to support and optimize platforms and is responsible for automating lifecycles and builds of CI/CD tools. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of DevOps practices and tools as well as programming skills in languages such as Java, GoLang, Python or .NET.
Job description
Tasks
- Work closely with development teams to provide guidance and support in the use of our platform
- Perform lifecycle and build automation for various CI/CD tools (ongoing on various platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes or on-premise virtual machines) to ensure security, availability and maintainability of platforms
Requirements
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- A "can-do" attitude, pragmatic and open-minded
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Good communication, planning and teamwork skills
- Development skills in Java, GoLang, Python or .NET
