Head of Office, German-Speaking Switzerland, Accident Benefits (m/f/d)
Vaudoise is seeking a Branch Manager for the Accident Benefits division in German-speaking Switzerland (80–100%, hybrid work in Bern) to lead the team in technical, personnel, and organizational matters. The position requires several years of management experience as well as specific knowledge of UVG, IVG, and BVG law.
Tasks
- Technical, personnel, and organizational management of the offices in German-speaking Switzerland
- Leadership, Support, and Professional Development of the Three Groups
- Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery in the area of accident insurance
- Responsibility for time tracking, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Use of relevant key performance indicators and process metrics for process control, organization, and digitization
- Representing the department in dealings with internal and external contacts
- Participation in projects and active development of products and services
- Supporting the person in charge at UVG Switzerland in implementing and monitoring regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
- Several years of professional experience in the claims processing area of accident insurance (review, settlement), billing, and/or in the area of
- Knowledge of processing benefit claims under UVG, IVG, and BVG law
- Understanding of the international market environment
- Analytical thinking skills, a strong customer focus, and leadership qualities
- Excellent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of French (min. B1)
- Proficiency in Common MS Office Applications
