Digital Banking Tools Front & Client Advisor 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• "First contact" for private banking clients and external asset managers regarding Julius Baer e-
• Active participation in the optimization and further development of banking processes in the Service Center

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably at a bank, or high school diploma
• Good banking knowledge and an interest in and understanding of financial products are required
• Several years of experience as a 1st level call agent at a financial services provider or in private banking
• Fluent in German and Spanish, very good knowledge of English, preferably Italian and/or French spoken and written
• Talent for communication and confident conversation skills; mastering
