Digital Banking Tools Front & Client Advisor 100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Responsible for providing first level support to users and clients for all e-banking platforms, digital tools and applications
- Answering user queries, troubleshooting and guiding users through various processes
- Participation in projects related to the development and improvement of functionalities of e-channel products
- Ensure accurate reporting of user and customer interactions, application issues and incident tracking
- Provider of training for users and customers on request
Requirements
Skills
- Solid knowledge of banking, including products and processes accessible to customers via e-channels
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, online platforms and mobile applications
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Solid problem solving and analytical thinking skills to understand and solve problems or escalate complex requests to the next level of support
- Stress management skills to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Fluent in German and either Spanish or Italian, very good knowledge of English, preferably good written and oral knowledge of French
