The Client Solution Switzerland (CSS) team is the start of an excellent career and will allow you to grow within the organization after approximately 2 years. The position is available in the centers of Carouge, Nyon, Renens, Sierre and Sion. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• en tant que primier point de contact pour les clients, vous représentez UBS, travaillez avec les technologies digitales modernes et répondez aux questions de nos clients
• vous assistez nos clients pendant la migration en effectuant différentes tâches de back-office de manière efficace et efficiente
• During the biggest bank merger in the history of Switzerland, you assisted our clients during the migration process and helped us to ensure a smooth transition thanks to your commitment in a number of areas
• vous suscitez l'intérêt des clients pour le monde numérique et vous aidez les utiliser l'e-banking, le mobile banking ou TWINT
• thanks to your entrepreneurial spirit, you identify a sales opportunity and exploit it to develop the main commercial activity of UBS
