The role

The CSS Client Front Desk team is the start of an excellent career and after about 2 years you will be ready to progress within the organization.

Tasks

• As the first point of contact for clients, you will represent UBS, work with modern digital technologies and answer our clients' questions or assist with back-office tasks.
• You then look for a suitable solution for each person - whether they have lost a card, want to buy their wedding house or need help with online banking.
• And finally, you will get customers excited about the digital world and help them with e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT.

Requirements

• You are interested in banking
• You enjoy advising customers and clients on the various digital channels
• To clarify different customer inquiries
• As a 'digital native', you know the culture and the tools
• You enjoy working in a team
• You speak two national languages fluently
