**Digital Client Management**

The CSS Client Front Desk team is the start of an excellent career and after about 2 years you will be ready to progress within the organization.Tasks
- As the first point of contact for clients, you will represent UBS, work with modern digital technologies and answer our clients' questions or support them with back-office tasks.
- You then look for a suitable solution for each person - whether they have lost a card, want to buy their dream home or need help with online banking.
- And finally, you will get customers excited about the digital world and help them with e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT.
Requirements
- You are interested in banking
- You enjoy advising customers and clients on the various digital channels
- In order to master different customer requests, you "know" the customers well.
- You enjoy working in a team
- You speak two national languages fluently
