The role

Tasks

• As the first point of contact for our clients, you represent UBS and work with modern digital technologies to answer our clients' questions.
• You support our customers during integration with the various back office tasks and process them efficiently and effectively.
• You look for a suitable solution for each of our valuable customers - whether they have lost a card, want to buy their dream home or need help with online banking.
• During the merger of the two largest Swiss banks, you will support our clients with various issues and help us.

Requirements

• You are interested in the banking business and enjoy advising customers.
• You like to be flexible and can react quickly to different customer situations.
• As a 'digital native', you know our customers' needs and know how to use them.
• You are flexible and can react quickly to different issues.
• You value teamwork and work collaboratively.
• You speak two national languages.
